C. Wade Fox, M.D. FAAFPDr. Fox received his undergraduate degree in Biology from Harding University where he graduated with honors. He went on to attend medical school at the University of Arkansas Medical Sciences. His post-graduate training was in Family Practice from the Area Health Education Center in Fort Smith, Arkansas.
Dr. Fox was one of the founding members of WellQuest Medical Clinic and Spa and has played an integral role in the development and growth of the clinic.
Dr. Fox is a board certified family practitioner. He is a member of the American Medical Society as well as the Arkansas Academy of family physicians. Dr. Fox is currently pursuing board certification in anti-aging medicine.
Family is an important part of Dr. Fox’s life. He and his wife Beth Ann have four children: Riley, Ryan, Jackson and Abigail. This leaves little time for leisure, but on occasion you might find Dr. Fox on the golf course, at the tennis courts or heading to the slopes to snow ski.
Wellness is the goal for Dr. Fox. He is committed to provide leadership through the maze of the current medical system. Taking the best of integrative and traditional medicine to provide the highest level of quality care.
Dr. Zach Guynn
Dr. Zach Guynn received his undergraduate degree with Honors in Biology from the University of Arkansas, Fayetteville. He then continued on to complete his medical training at The University of Arkansas Medical Sciences in Little Rock. His post-graduate work was completed at UAMS: Area Health Education Center –Northwest in Fayetteville, Arkansas.
Dr. Guynn is excited to be working at WellQuest and practicing the innovative approach of not only treating existing health issues , but also to prevent unnecessary risks through maintaining good health with the WellQuest philosophy of "Get Well, Stay Well, Look Well".
Dr. Guynn is originally from Harrison, Arkansas. He has always loved the area in Northwest Arkansas as well as the people. He and his wife have one son Ethan. They are enjoying their lives through travel, reading and spending time together.
Dr. Rhonald Searcy, MD
Dr. Searcy recieved his undergraduate degree in Biology with honors at Harding
University. He completed his medical school training at the Univeristy of
Arkansas Medical School in Little Rock. He then completed his post-graduate
training at UAMS-Area Health Education Center in Fayetteville, AR. Dr. Searcy is
a board certified family practitioner. He is a big advocator of preventative
care medicine an integral part of Wellquest. He and his wife, Jennifer, have two
children, Nicholas and Lily Kate. They enjoy spending their time doing the many
outdoor opportunities Northwest Arkansas provides. He also enjoys fly fishing
and watercoloring as hobbies.
Lauren Greenhaw, PA-C, MPASLauren Greenhaw received her undergraduate degree in Biology from John Brown University and Masters of Physician Assistant Studies from Travecca Nazarene University in Nashville, Tennessee.
She has been with WellQuest since 2008 and has practiced in the area of Family Medicine for over 3 years. She is married and she and her husband, Neil, are new parents to a sweet baby girl!
She enjoys singing and leading worship at church and various events and conferences.

Lauren is originally from El Dorado, Arkansas and won the 2002 Miss Arkansas pageant where her platform was promoting good heart health!
Sheryl Cash, PA-CSheryl Cash is a certified Physician Assistant who graduated from the University of Oklahoma PA School in Oklahoma City in July 1996. She is a native of Arkansas and spent most of her childhood in DeQueen, AR. After graduating from PA school, she worked in hospitals assisting in neurosurgery, orthopedic and general surgery for a couple of years before returning to Arkansas in 1998. Since then she has worked in surgery and rehab, but most of her work experience has been in family practice.
She and her husband have three beautiful children – two boys and one girl. Their family loves to be involved in the children’s activities, traveling, camping, hiking, and other outdoor activities. She enjoys working at WellQuest because it gives her the opportunity to care for people the way she always envisioned medicine should be practiced. She feels that WellQuest is on the cutting edge and every employee works as a team to deliver excellent patient care. Sheryl believes that working at WellQuest is a blessing and looks forward to many more years with the clinic.
Pam ChriscoPam was born and raised in London, Ontario in beautiful Canada. She went to Nursing school in Ontario and received her Advanced Practice Nurse degree at Vanderbilt University in Nashville, Tennessee.
She has been a nurse since 1983 and an APN since 2003 and enjoys working at WellQuest because it provides her the flexibility to work and spend time with her family.
She and her husband have one daughter and they really enjoy spending their time outdoors canoeing and camping!
Heidi DietrichLPN – MEDICAL STAFF SUPERVISOR
After being a stay-at-home mom for 12 years, Heidi Dietrich earned her LPN degree in 2002 from Baptist Health School of Nursing in Little Rock, Arkansas. She graduated with honors and was class salutatorian!
She loves her work at WellQuest and the fact that the clinic is busy and keeps her constantly interacting with her patients. She truly enjoys the superior work environment and client focused care she is able to provide while at the same time supervising wonderful and exceptionally talented co-workers.
If being busy at work was not enough, Heidi and her husband Michael have been married for 20 years and have four teenagers, three boys and one girl! As a family, they love watching movies, hiking with family, and traveling throughout Europe.
Angelique O’BryanAngelique has been with the company since 2007. “There’s nothing more rewarding than helping a client get the care that they need,” said O’Bryan, regarding her work with WellQuest’s clients. Angelique assists not only traditional clients with receiving medical care, but also coordinates occupational medicine services for business clients.
Angelique lives in Bentonville with her husband, Eric. They have both lived in Northwest Arkansas since 1997, and have been best friends since they met in 2006. The couple married in 2008. Angelique has three children. The family enjoys frequent outings together, like bike riding, trips to the library, and walks on the local trail system. They also love animals. The family cares for a tortoise shell cat, Lucy, who was rescued from the Rogers Animal Shelter after 5 months of waiting for a home; and 2 beta fish, who the boys named Peter Parker and Bruce Wayne.
Angelique is also a student at NWACC, and is working on her goal of earning a degree in English from the University of Arkansas.
Brian Smith
Brian graduated from Missouri Southern State University with a Health Sciences degree and is certified by the American Registry of Radiology Technologists. He is originally from Joplin, MO and has been working for WellQuest since 2006.
When not at WellQuest, Brian can be found doing one of three of his favorite pastimes: playing golf, fixing the many computer terminals and servers at WellQuest, and playing with his dog, Snowy!

In the days of the browser wars between Netscape and Microsoft, many hacks were propagated by the competing companies. However, today these hacks have done more to hurt the Web than to help the battling companies. By downloading and installing one of the programs listed above, the Web will be one step closer to eliminating these hacks and bugs.
