Erin RussellErin is a native of Fayetteville, Arkansas. She graduated from the University of Arkansas with a degree in Social Work and has been the spa manager at WellQuest Spa for 2 years. Erin truly enjoys her role working with people and has been an integral part of the growth of the Medical Spa at WellQuest.
Erin lives in Fayetteville with her dog Dexter and can’t imagine living anywhere other than Northwest Arkansas!!! Her favorite vacation spot, however, is the beach either in the Gulf or the Pacific Ocean. She tries to catch the waves at least once every Summer with her family!
While Erin is at work, making all the Spa clients feel happy and pampered, Dexter spends time with his nanny, her 93-year-old Aunt Helen!
Lore MandrellWellQuest Medical Spa’s head nurse, Lore Mandrell, is a native of Maryville, Tennessee but has lived in the Northwest Arkansas area for two years. She attended East Tennessee State University and received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing.
After getting married, Lore and her husband, Ben moved to Atlanta where they lived for eleven years. While in Atlanta, Lore worked for a large multi-doctor vascular surgery practice where she specialized in injecting spider veins.
She has two beautiful daughters and enjoys spending time with them playing outside, photographing, and gardening with her girls and husband. She and her family love to travel especially to beach vacations.
Lore is a results oriented vascular and aesthetic nurse whose experience of over 12 years performing injections has brought incredible results to hundreds of patients.
In addition to being WellQuest’s aesthetics nurse specializing in cosmetic injections and injectable fillers, Lore also works hand in hand with Kirsty Turpin in the weight loss clinic focusing on high-risk patients.
Amy PrimmAmy's professional background is quite diverse - she is a native of Northwest Arkansas and has been a registered nurse for over 13 years working mainly in ICU at hospitals and in radiology.
She and her husband Greg have 2 beautiful girls and Ryan, her new baby boy. As a family they enjoy Razorback sporting events, traveling and spending time as an active family.
Amy is also very involved in the non-profit arena through the Cobblestone Project as the coordinator for the Rogers Laundry Love program.
She is excited to join Lore and the rest of the team at WellQuest Medical Spa and looks forward to meeting each of our clients!
Molly Meredith, CSALicensed since 2003, Molly has worked in all aspects of skin care and has advanced studies from top aesthetic educational centers throughout the country, including New York, Philadelphia, and Dallas. Molly has been with WellQuest Medical Spa as their Lead Aesthetician and Laser Technician since their opening in 2005. She specializes in skin analysis and customized treatment planning for medical aesthetic procedures. She is trained and certified in laser and Broadband Light procedures; medical chemical peels, and is a Certified Skinprint Analyst. Molly provides extensive training and certification to WellQuest’s aesthetic team.
She and her husband currently reside in Fayetteville where her husband is studying bio-chemistry at University of Arkansas.
Sarah HolsappleSarah Holsapple is a medical aesthetician with extensive experience in Medical Esthetics. She has specialized in skincare, laser, peels, make-up and waxing. Sarah is exceptionally knowledgeable and a resourceful Esthetician with experience in providing and maintaining the highest standards of Esthetics. She has taught Makeup classes for Ben Nye (Production makeup courses) and also worked in a medical clinic under an aesthetically trained Medical Physician. Sarah enjoys educating clients about their skin, recommending personalized products, treatments, offering overall excellent client care and creating a feeling of rest and relaxation for guest. Her goal is to exceed expectations with the level of services and care received. Sarah will be working alongside our medical team to provide the best service in skincare. She is available for a no-cost consultation to discuss a personalized treatment plan. Sarah’s desire for the health and beauty to be promoted at every available opportunity drives her forward in pursuit of excellence in her field of expertise.
Candice ReddellCandice was born and raised in Fayetteville where she still lives. For Candice, massage is more than just a job, it’s a therapeutic relationship between the client and the therapist that helps bring out the best in each.
Helping people feel better and relax is something that drives Candice and makes her love her job at WellQuest.
In her spare time, Candice enjoys hiking and walking the trails at Wilson Park in Fayetteville!
Melody LaneMelody moved to Northwest Arkansas from California shortly after turning 18. She
fell in love with Arkansas' natural beauty and hospitality and once she became
settled here she never turned back!
Melody began massaging her family members when she was a child.
She discovered the medical benefits of massage through her own medical issues
and is intentionally committed to better the overall health of her clients via
massage treatment.
Melody loves animals, music, painting and taking photos.
She is very close to her family and friends and perhaps has a unique outlook on
life and its many blessings due to the fact that she recently survived a heart
transplant!
Heather Gravley Heather Gravley has been performing permanent makeup procedures since 1997. She
specializes in a variety of permanent cosmetic procedures such as lip liner,
full lip color, eyebrows, eyeliner, and more.
Heather attended Perfect Appearance Permanent Makeup Training Center in Tampa,
Florida and received further education from the American Institute of
Intradermal Cosmetics, in Arlington, Texas. In order to keep up-to-date with the
latest in permanent cosmetic field, she continues to take advanced courses and
seminars.
Heather also received her Masters Certification from AIIC in 2005. The Masters
Certification Program is only awarded to those with extensive experience as a
permanent cosmetic technician. This hands-on certification and
industry-recognized credential, certifies that an artist is an aesthetic and
technical leader in the field of permanent cosmetics.
Heather has been training students in the art of permanent makeup in 6-month
apprenticeships since 2001.
