Purchase Gift Cards
Please use the order form below for gift cards you wish to pick up or have delivered via U.S. mail.
Please enter the desired amount of the gift card below. In order to be eligible for monthly or holiday promotions, you must list the details on the "special instructions" line including the specific service or spa package you'd like to purchase and where you first heard about the promotion. You may stop by WellQuest to pick up the gift card at your convenience during normal spa hours or request complimentary delivery by mail. Please allow one week for delivery from date order is received.
If you need a gift certificate right away, click the instant gift certificate link to quickly design and print or e-mail your gift. You may designate a specific dollar amount or select services you'd like to purchase from the drop down menu under "choose a service option." All current promotions are listed in the service options.
